NOW SEEKING KID/TEEN VENDORS!

Kids and Teens are invited to set up at Pride Franklin County as a vendor to sell your products (vendors age 17 and under only). No food sales allowed, and vendors must provide their own table, tent, chairs, etc. When you're ready to fill out the form, a parent or guardian must sign the Hold Harmless Agreement. 

Kid/Teen Vendor Fee: $10

NOTICE: The vendor application period (except for non-kid/teen vendors) is CLOSED for 2022. We hope you will join us as a vendor next year!

We are excited to announce the return of the Pride Franklin County Festival on Sunday, October 9 from 11am to 5pm at Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA. We invite your business or organization to participate in the third annual festival to contribute to the friendly, welcoming, and smoke-free Pride atmosphere.


With your partnership, we will continue to increase the visibility of our LGBTQ+ neighbors and their contributions to the greater community. Your partnership supports opportunities to bring the LGBTQ+ community and straight allies together to celebrate diversity, acceptance and respect in Franklin County.

Pride Franklin County is a smoke-free event and therefore does not accept sponsorship, vendor fees, or any other funding from tobacco companies, including cigar, e-cigarette, or vape stores.

VENDOR APPLICATION CHECKLIST

Before submitting your vendor application, please make sure you complete and include the following application requirements:

  • Signed Pride Vendor Rules & Regulations

  • Signed Statement of Understanding and Hold Harmless Agreement

  • Completed Vendor Application Form

  • Food Vendors Only: A copy of your valid Special Events/Mobile Health License

  • Vendor Payment ($50 for-profit, $25 non-profit, and $150 for food/beverage vendors)

Application materials and vendor pricing are detailed in the Vendor Packet and the online Vendor Form. NOTE INCLUDED in the packet/form is the food license needed - please obtain your license to provide a copy before you submit your application.
